I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES

Blair, Leslie Holliday and Susan Redden

Yesterday, Susan Redden, Blair, and I grabbed a taxi and headed to the W Hotel to meet the team.  Blair was ready to see his teammates as he stepped out of the taxi and entered the building.  Susan and I continued to the parent tail gate where I was reminded of an early goal, get Blair to Georgia Tech for the Duke game.   A goal that was set without knowing where Blair would be in the recovery process.   Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined Blair progressing so quickly to where he is today.  Please continue to #PrayFor8!

Critically Injured

Blair Holliday was enjoying a day at the Lake on the 4th of July, 2012.  The day of fun turned tragic when he was critically injured in a jet ski accident. He was then airlifted to the UNC hospital.

Blair is speaking, and you may catch a glimpse of him walking the halls at Shepherd during physical therapy sessions. Blair's therapy includes climbing a stairwell with assistance. He works hard.
